We have moved brokerages!

A message from Tyler Phelps, Founder of the Leverage Team:

2022 has been a year of change to say the least. I have had some really awesome changes/announcements I’ve shared about my world that I will never forget and I can’t thank everyone enough for the love & support. With that said, here is a change I seriously never anticipated. For the past 6+ years I have been in a professional environment that catapulted my career to say the least. I have earned awards that only one person a year can achieve, break-through business awards, break-through team awards, speciality awards, front cover of Top Agent Magazine honor and so many more milestones I had no idea were possible. I have developed life-long relationships, been honored to be included in some of the most prestigious private rooms, masterminds of the top 1% earners in our company and have been told that I launched 0-100 mph faster than anyone. 

And yet, there comes a time in our lives where we have to re-evaluate the relationships we are in and assess the value exchange in those relationships. Over the past couple months I have done just that. I have studied every pro/con to my current environment, monetary opportunities, ancillary opportunities, passive income opportunities, physical VS digital operating opportunities and so many more calculated analytics I have had conversations with some of the biggest producing agents in the country, largest leaders in the industry, and weekly have been collaborating, masterminding and networking with these individuals to arrive at this decision. Loyalty, friendship and integrity matters in who you align yourself with and for that I want to thank every relationship I have created along the way thus far and I will always be thankful to them. 

So it is with great pleasure that I let you know that I have made the move to eXp Realty! A huge thank you and shout to Jeff Borham & Joe Turco, without them I would not have been able to properly understand the true value in this exciting move. Many eXp agents have attempted to help me see the value of this environment but they did not have the accessibility to the resources, networking, masterminding & collaboration I now have and can offer to other agents - as “leveling up” agents has always been a huge passion of mine. If you don’t have people invested in your success and actually following through with their promises to that - let’s chat.
